Originally, The Oriental Pearl TV Tower was constructed for TV commercial and advertisement purposes in Shanghai. However, it is now a popular tour site in Shanghai. The most special feature of The Oriental Pearl TV Tower is the fantastic revolving restaurant at the top of the tower. The restaurant provides gourmet Chinese and Western buffet and magnificent night views over the prosperous Shanghai city.
