Guguan Hot Spring

At an altitude of 800 meters, Guguan is located at the mountainous area of Poai Village on the horizontal cross-island highway of Taiwan. With a variety of hot spring hotels or resorts and indigenous cuisines nearby, Guguan is a popular place for tourists to enjoy a hot spring vacation. The Guguan Hot Spring is a sulfuric weak-base with a PH level of 7.6 and is said to have therapeutic effects for arthritis, neuralgia, and stomach and intestine illnesses. With organic protein, this natural hot spring is also drinkable. During autumn, the bloom of maple trees makes Guguan Hot Spring an ideal place to visit.
