Radish Omelet (commonly referred to in Fujian Language as “Cai Bo Neng” 菜脯蛋):

Beijing (Peking) Roast Duck (Beijing Kao Ya 北京烤鴨):

The traditional way of serving the Bejing Roast Duck is to roll slices of the duck meat in a special kind of thin pancakes. Dong Po Pork (Dong Po Rou 東坡肉):
This famous Hangzhou dish is one of the favorites of Su Dong Po, a well-known literary author of the Song dynasty, and thus it got its name. Slowly braised in the low-heat fire, the tender Dong Po Pork is presented in the shape of a square.
